General Policy
MPH Management and Participation Holding S.A. are entitled to perform all kinds of commercial and financial activities including sales and purchase of shares and options.
Both shareholders are contributing own funds for business transactions performed and executed by MPH Management and Participation Holding S.A. up to 50% of the respective project amount. The remaining balance has to be financed by credit facilities provided by international operating banks and financial institutions.
